Lynn is a chartered professional accountant with over 25 years experience in the North American energy sector, with fives years focused on the renewable energy sector in Western Canada.
As the Vice President Western Canada of Natural Forces, Lynn is responsible for the partnering, financing and risk management strategies required to bring Natural Forces’ renewable energy projects to commercial operation in Western Canada. Lynn is passionate about projects that create ownership opportunities for First Nations and local communities. Lynn played a significant role in enabling First Nations partnerships in two of BC’s SOP wind projects.
Lynn is an experienced business professional who founded Copperleaf Technologies, a market-leading technology company in 2000 and remained as its CEO through to commercial viability. Under her leadership, the company was recognized as the thought leader in its market and released its landmark product to leading utilities, including BC Hydro, Bonneville Power Administration, Duke Energy, SaskPower, and Manitoba Hydro.
Lynn is a past Board Member and Director of CMABC, St Paul’s Hospital Lights of Hope Foundation, Copperleaf Technologies Inc and The American Marketing Association (BC Chapter). In addition, Lynn is the treasurer on her strata council and acts as an advisor to a number of early stage technology companies.
