Kelly O’Neil

Kelly O’Neil is Senior Manager, Environment at TD Bank Group, where she is responsible for leading a team of environment and sustainability professionals to deliver on the bank’s corporate environmental strategy. TD’s environmental focus areas include managing environmental risk, pursuing opportunities to help accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy, and building community resilience through philanthropy and strategic investments in green spaces and natural areas.

Kelly is passionate about sustainable business and technology. She strives to bridge the gap between the technical and the strategic, drawing on a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Chemistry from Queen’s University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Prior to joining the bank, she has held roles at the Boston Consulting Group and Greentown Labs, a cleantech hardware incubator in Somerville, Massachusetts. At TD, she has held multiple role across innovation, product, and distribution groups. Kelly is also an alumnus of the Studio Y program at MaRS Discovery District and the Action Canada Fellowship.
